Traffic regulations

There will be traffic restrictions during the summer festival and fireworks display.

All vehicles are restricted from entering Onsen Chuo-dori
July 19th 13:00 to 22:30
July 20th 12:00 to 22:30

●For those travelling by car
As all roads around the hotel will be closed, we ask that you park in the temporary parking lot listed below.
◎July 19th and 20th Temporary parking lot
(I):South side of Kamiyamada Cultural Hall 60 spaces 8 minutes walk
(B):Former Meigetsuso 60 cars, 20 minutes walk
(Ha):Former Kamiyamada Government Building 60 spaces 20 minutes walk
(D):Cultural Center No. 5 Parking Lot 50 spaces 13 minutes walk
(H):Chikuma City Togura Creative Center 60 cars 20 minutes walk
(F):Togura Office 60 spaces　15-minute walk　*Parking is not available on the 19th (Saturday) due to preparations for the House of Councillors election.
(to):Togura Gymnasium 200 spaces 25 minutes walk

●For those arriving by public transport
On the day of your stay, we would appreciate it if you could come by taxi or on foot.
If you get off the taxi at Embankment Road, it is about a 2-minute walk to the hotel.
On the day of check-out, we will take you to Togura Station.
